New BC Booster Seat Law

Starting July 1, all children over 40 pounds (nine kilograms) are required to be in booster seats until they are 4'9" (1.45 metres), or until they turn nine years old.

Luckily I am over 9 years old, or I would have been an inch close to being in a booster seat. LOL.
